Project Manager, Drug Development:
Exciting and Stable Biopharmaceutical Co., Southern NY
Our client is a respected biopharmaceutical company with multiple big pharma partnerships. They offer a collegial atmosphere and are extremely stable and rapidly growing. In this role you will serve as a key member of the Project/Program Management team leading compounds across all Phases of development. This is a true project management role and will also incorporate cross-functional relationships with regulatory, pre-clinical, marketing, etc. Compensation can be competitive and also includes stock options and strong benefits.

Responsibilities, Challenges, Expectations and Deliverables for this position:
- Lead cross-functional teams and plans to execute strategy for a drug development program.
- Work across clinical, regulatory, pre-clinical, manufacturing, research, patents, marketing, alliance management, finance, etc.
- Implement and coordinate the development, management and execution of drug development plans, timelines and budgets for assigned programs.
- Review the status of programs and budgets.
- Liaise with respective functions responsible for the program and provide guidance on resolving program challenges by developing solutions to meet productivity and quality goals and objectives.
- Develop tools and mechanisms for monitoring program progress for intervention and problem solving with program and line managers.
Experiences, Skills, Accomplishments and Qualities Desired:
- BS/BA degree with 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience with at least 2+ years of experience focused in project management.
- PhD/Masters degree with 3+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
